DESCRIPTION

Use in rooms: Can be used in a diffuser, in an oil burner with a little water, on a scent stone or in a small bowl with warm water. A drop on a cotton pad can also be used as a discreet scent point in the room.

Use in sauna: In the sauna, peppermint provides an intense, cool steam that feels cleansing for both breathing and skin. The oil is best used with a scent stone for saunas for controlled and even evaporation.

Safety: For external use only. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should not be used undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
