WHAT MAKES OUR MATCHA SPECIAL?

• Authentic origin: Our matcha comes from Uji, Kyoto, a region with over 800 years of history in tea production.
• Hand-picked quality: We only use young, green leaves from the tea plant, which are shade-grown before harvesting to maximize chlorophyll content. This gives the matcha its characteristic deep green color and a rich content of antioxidants.
• Careful processing: After harvesting, the leaves are steamed and dried, before being ground into a fine powder in stone mills. This preserves the natural flavors and nutrients, so you get an authentic experience every time you brew a cup.

HOW TO ENJOY OUR MATCHA:

For a classic preparation, whisk 1–2 tsp of matcha with hot, but not boiling, water. Feel free to use a bamboo whisk and whisk until a lump-free mixture. Enjoy the taste of Sano matcha in your own home.
