DESCRIPTION

Room use: Can be used in a diffuser, in an oil burner with a little water, on a scent stone, or in a small bowl with warm water. A drop on a cotton pad can also be used as a discreet scent point in the room.

Sauna use: In the sauna, birch creates a fresh and light forest feeling that is clear and lively. The oil is best used with a sauna aroma stone, so that the scent evaporates in a controlled and even manner. 

Safety: For external use only. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should not be used undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children and animals. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing medical treatment, consult a doctor before use. Always perform a patch test on a small skin area for sensitive skin. Store in a dark and cool place.
