DESCRIPTION

Use in rooms: Can be used in a diffuser, in an oil burner with a little water, on a fragrance stone, or in a small bowl with warm water. A drop on a cotton pad can also be used as a discreet scent point in the room.

Use in sauna: In the sauna, birch provides a fresh and light forest feeling that is clear and lively. The oil is best used with a sauna fragrance stone, so that the scent evaporates in a controlled and even manner. 

Safety: For external use only. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should not be used undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children and animals. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical treatment, consult a doctor before use. Always perform a patch test on a small skin area for sensitive skin.
